Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Quick Assign Service CRM Software, a product offered by Twobro Power Solutions. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before subscribing to any of our plans.

1. Subscription Plans and Refund Eligibility

We offer the following subscription plans:

  • Monthly
  • Quarterly
  • Half-Yearly
  • Yearly

No Refund – Monthly, Quarterly, and Half-Yearly Plans
No refunds will be issued for subscriptions under these plans. Once a payment is made, it is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstance.

2. Refund Policy – Yearly Plan
  • Within 7 Days of Subscription: Refunds may be issued with a 10% service charge deduction.
  • Between 8 to 15 Days of Subscription: Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval at the sole discretion of Twobro Power Solutions.
  • After 15 Days: No refunds will be issued under any condition after 15 days from the date of purchase.
3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please:

  • Send an email to refund@quickassign.in
  • Use your registered email address
  • Include your registered mobile number
  • Clearly state the reason for your refund request

Please allow 3–5 working days for our team to review and respond to your refund request.

4. Communication Policy
  • All refund communications will be handled via email only.
  • Do not contact our support team for refund status updates.
  • Your patience is appreciated as each case is reviewed carefully.
5. Refund Method
  • Refunds will be processed through the same payment mode used at the time of purchase.
  • The timeline may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
6. Important Notes
  • Quick Assign reserves the right to decline any refund request at its sole discretion.
  • Users should evaluate the free version or trial before purchase.
  • Once purchased, Twobro Power Solutions is under no obligation to provide a refund, unless explicitly stated in this policy.
